Last month's margin pack. Already in Excel.
Centrus integrates with Excel for UK field service businesses. The workbooks your office builds by hand, written from live jobs and sent on a schedule.
start with these
The month-end pack is rebuilt by hand from the same exports every month.
Describe the report once and an agent writes it from your job system and accounts, in the format you already send: margin by contract, overnight jobs, who is free and qualified. Ask about a tracker you already keep and the answer comes back with the row numbers.

setup
From a question to a monthly pack
Each person connects their own Excel. Agents connect separately, so a scheduled report never depends on one person staying signed in.
Connect Excel
Each person clicks Connect on the Microsoft Excel card and signs in with Microsoft. Chat then works on the workbooks in that person's OneDrive. If your Microsoft 365 asks for approval, IT approves Centrus once.
Ask a workbook first
Ask about a workbook you already use, then ask for a new one from last month's jobs. Check the first few in OneDrive so the columns match the pack you send today.
Schedule the report
When the same report goes out every month, describe it in Agent Builder. Connect Excel on the agent, plus the job system and Outlook, and add an approval before anything reaches a client.
what it covers
What Centrus can read and change in Excel
Chat has 11 Excel tools and the Agent Builder Excel step has 14 actions. Ask works in chat on the web, WhatsApp and Teams. Excel cannot start an agent itself, so runs start on a schedule, an email, a chat request or a BigChange change.
