joblogic + excel
Ask Joblogic a question, and get the workbook back.
Joblogic's Dynamic Reports already export over 200 standard reports to CSV, and fill an Excel template you upload. Centrus writes the workbook from a question: ask in chat for a client's spend split into reactive and planned work, or have an agent write the monthly pack on the 1st.

What Joblogic's reports do, and what Centrus adds
Keep Joblogic's Dynamic Reports. Centrus works across both systems, on the work that still falls to someone in the office.
Joblogic's Dynamic Reports
- Over 200 standard reports export to CSV, filtered as you see them on screen.
- A scheduled export emails a report automatically.
- Report templates fill an uploaded Excel workbook, with its pivot tables and charts, on export.
- New reports are requested from Joblogic's support team.
What Centrus adds
- A workbook from a question in chat, such as a client's spend split into reactive and planned work.
- Customers on repeated call-outs with no maintenance contract, listed in one workbook.
- The monthly pack written on the 1st from Joblogic jobs and the invoices, in the format you already send.

how one runs
Last month's pack, ready on the 1st
One agent, set up once in Agent Builder. Finance gets the file they already expect, without the export.
Describe it once
Tell Agent Builder what the report holds and who it goes to, in a sentence of your own.
Read on the 1st
The agent reads last month's jobs from Joblogic, and the invoices that go with them.
In your format
It writes the workbook in the layout you already send, with anyone owing over 30 days flagged.
Sent, or held first
It goes to the people you name, or waits for an approval if someone should check it first.
setup
Two connections, each made once
Each system connects on its own card in Integrations. Agents keep their own connection, so a scheduled run never depends on one person staying signed in.
Connect Joblogic
An administrator pastes the Client ID, Client secret and Tenant ID from Joblogic into the Joblogic card in Integrations, and Centrus checks them before saving.
Connect Excel
Each person clicks Connect on the Microsoft Excel card and signs in with Microsoft. Chat then works on the workbooks in that person's OneDrive. If your Microsoft 365 asks for approval, IT approves Centrus once.
