joblogic + outlook
Joblogic sends from Outlook. Centrus works on what comes in.
Joblogic's Microsoft 365 integration already sends email from jobs, quotes and invoices, and syncs visits to Outlook calendars. Centrus works on the inbox too: portal work orders that arrive by email are raised as Joblogic jobs, and site contacts hear about their PPM a fortnight ahead, with replies noted on the job.

What Joblogic's Microsoft 365 integration does, and what Centrus adds
Keep Joblogic's Microsoft 365 integration. Centrus works across both systems, on the work that still falls to someone in the office.
Joblogic's Microsoft 365 integration
- Personal and shared Microsoft 365 mailboxes link to Joblogic, and email goes out from jobs, quotes and invoices.
- Email history can be searched, and emails saved to the job, from inside Joblogic.
- Visits sync to Outlook calendars, and engineers' calendars overlay the Engineer Planner.
What Centrus adds
- Portal work orders read from the inbox and raised in Joblogic as jobs, with the site, the priority and the PO.
- PPM due in the next 14 days emailed to each site contact every Monday, with replies noted on the job.
- Subcontractor job sheets rewritten as your worksheet on the Joblogic job.
Checked on 28/10/2026 against Joblogic's Microsoft 365 guide and the Joblogic Marketplace listing.

how one runs
Every site told, a fortnight ahead
One agent, described once in Agent Builder, runs every Monday. Access is sorted before the engineer travels.
Monday at 08:00
The agent reads the PPM visits due in Joblogic over the next 14 days.
Each site emailed
Each site contact gets the date, the engineer, the work and what to have ready, from your inbox.
Access confirmed
They are asked to confirm access by reply, so the visit is not wasted on a locked plant room.
Replies on the job
Each reply is noted on the job in Joblogic, where whoever books the visit will see it.
setup
Two connections, each made once
Each system connects on its own card in Integrations. Agents keep their own connection, so a scheduled run never depends on one person staying signed in.
Connect Joblogic
An administrator pastes the Client ID, Client secret and Tenant ID from Joblogic into the Joblogic card in Integrations, and Centrus checks them before saving.
Connect Outlook
Each person clicks Connect on the Microsoft Outlook card in Integrations and signs in with Microsoft. One sign-in covers mail and calendar. If your Microsoft 365 asks for an administrator's approval, IT approves Centrus once.
