simpro + outlook
Every open quote chased, from your own inbox.
Simpro already adds emails to jobs and quotes from Outlook, and syncs schedules with the Outlook calendar both ways. Centrus works the inbox on its own: open Simpro quotes are chased from your mailbox every weekday, and portal work orders that arrive by email are raised as jobs in Simpro.

What Simpro's Outlook integration does, and what Centrus adds
Keep Simpro's Outlook integration. Centrus works across both systems, on the work that still falls to someone in the office.
Simpro's Outlook integration
- The Outlook add-in creates leads and customers in Simpro, and adds emails as notes to customer cards, leads, quotes and jobs.
- It recognises the sender when they are already in Simpro.
- The calendar sync is two-way: Simpro schedules show in Outlook, and Outlook appointments show in Simpro as Busy.
What Centrus adds
- Quotes sent 7 to 28 days ago chased every weekday, written from the notes on the quote.
- Portal work orders read from the inbox and raised in Simpro as jobs, with the site, the priority and the PO.
- Subcontractor job sheets rewritten as your worksheet on the Simpro job.

how one runs
Open quotes, chased before they go cold
One agent, described once in Agent Builder, runs every weekday. The account owner only steps in when it matters.
Every weekday
The agent loads the quotes sent from Simpro between 7 and 28 days ago that are still open.
Replies left alone
Anyone who has already replied about the quote is skipped, so nobody is chased after saying yes.
Written from the notes
It reads the notes on the quote in Simpro and writes the chase in your tone, about that job.
Sent from your mailbox
The chase goes from your own Outlook, and the account owner hears about any quote still open.
setup
Two connections, each made once
Each system connects on its own card in Integrations. Agents keep their own connection, so a scheduled run never depends on one person staying signed in.
Connect Simpro
In Simpro, create an application under System, Setup, API, Applications, using the API Key method. Paste the key into Integrations with your build URL and company ID, which is 0 on most builds. Centrus checks it before saving.
Connect Outlook
Each person clicks Connect on the Microsoft Outlook card in Integrations and signs in with Microsoft. One sign-in covers mail and calendar. If your Microsoft 365 asks for an administrator's approval, IT approves Centrus once.
