simpro + excel
Simpro has the numbers. Centrus writes the workbook.
Simpro reports already download as CSV files that open in Excel. Centrus writes the finished workbook from Simpro: ask in chat for a call list of customers with no service contract, or have an agent send each client their open quotes every Monday.

What Simpro exports, and what Centrus adds
Keep Simpro's own reports. Centrus works across both systems, on the work that still falls to someone in the office.
Simpro's own reports
- Reports such as the Job List and the Profit and Loss Summary download as CSV, viewable in Excel.
- Reports can be filtered by cost centre, zone, technician and date before they download.
- Scheduled reports are emailed as PDFs.
What Centrus adds
- Customers on repeated call-outs with no maintenance contract, listed in a workbook from one question.
- Open quotes grouped by client and emailed to each one as a workbook every Monday.
- The monthly pack written on the 1st in the layout you already send, with anyone owing over 30 days flagged.

how one runs
Reactive customers, turned into a call list
One question in chat. Make it monthly in Agent Builder and the list arrives before the sales meeting.
Ask the question
Set the rule in your own words: three or more call-outs this year, and no maintenance contract.
Jobs grouped by customer
Reactive jobs in Simpro are grouped by customer and checked against who already has a contract.
The call list comes back
A workbook with each customer's spend, jobs and contact, highest first, saved to OneDrive.
Monthly, if you like
Describe it once in Agent Builder and the same list is written on the 1st of every month.
setup
Two connections, each made once
Each system connects on its own card in Integrations. Agents keep their own connection, so a scheduled run never depends on one person staying signed in.
Connect Simpro
In Simpro, create an application under System, Setup, API, Applications, using the API Key method. Paste the key into Integrations with your build URL and company ID, which is 0 on most builds. Centrus checks it before saving.
Connect Excel
Each person clicks Connect on the Microsoft Excel card and signs in with Microsoft. Chat then works on the workbooks in that person's OneDrive. If your Microsoft 365 asks for approval, IT approves Centrus once.
