Ask

on site

Every engineer arrives knowing the site.

The night before, a field service engineer asks on WhatsApp what's on tomorrow. Centrus reads BigChange, Joblogic or Simpro and sends the jobs in route order, then the parking, the keysafe and the last three visits for the site they ask about.

how it runs

Behind tomorrow's brief.

The jobs and site notes behind Dylan's question at 20:31, from the office's check to the note kept for next time.

01

First visits, flagged

The office asks who's new to a site tomorrow. Centrus checks the jobs against past visits and the site notes.

before and after

The same night before, two ways.

Dylan's first job on Thu 15/10, a boiler PPM at Merchant House, from the question at 20:31 to the plant room.

  1. Tomorrow's list

Without Centrus: A call to the office before it shuts, or a guess

With Centrus: Asked on WhatsApp at 20:31, sent in route order

  2. Getting in

Without Centrus: Parking and the keysafe code in someone's head

With Centrus: Parking, keysafe and plant room from the site notes

  3. The last visit

Without Centrus: The PPM started without the last worksheet

With Centrus: The last three visits and what was changed

  4. Next time

Without Centrus: The tip leaves with the engineer who knew it

With Centrus: Saved against the site for whoever goes next

Other things they ask the night before

  • “Who else attended here last time?”
  • “What's on the last worksheet for the PPM?”
  • “Any 20mm PRVs on van AB12 CDE?”
  • “Access notes for the plant room at Riverside Care.”

questions

Questions about site briefs

No. They ask on WhatsApp, which is already on their phone, by voice note or by typing. If your company works in Teams or the web app, the answers are the same there, from the same job system and files.

From the files you already keep: site notes, access sheets and job folders in SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox. Train syncs those folders on an interval you choose, and every answer from them names the file it used.

Not for this. Tomorrow's jobs and the last visits are read live from BigChange, Joblogic or Simpro. The job system stays the record; Centrus reads it and only writes back where you allow it.

Only if you allow it. Tags decide which files each person can ask about, so site notes and manuals are open to the vans while rate cards and personnel files stay with the office.

Centrus says when the notes don't cover something rather than guessing. The engineer can send the correction from site on WhatsApp, and the next person who asks about that site gets it.

Yes. Describe it once in Agent Builder, for example every weekday at 18:00, and each engineer gets tomorrow's jobs in route order on WhatsApp, with the notes for any site they haven't been to.
