RAMS and letters as .docx files

Each person connects their own Word. Excel is a separate card. The agent Word connection is a separate sign-in from chat Word. OneDrive is a separate card if you also want folders on Train.

Connect Word

Each person clicks Connect on the Microsoft Word card and signs in with Microsoft. Documents are created in that person's OneDrive. If your Microsoft 365 asks for approval, IT approves Centrus once.

Ask, then write

Start with a document you already have, or ask Centrus to create one. Check the file in OneDrive the first few times, so the headings and the name match how you already file letters.

Automate the repeat

When the same letter goes out every time a quote is accepted, describe it in Agent Builder and drop the Word node on the canvas. Connect the job system and Outlook if the facts come from there and the PDF goes out by email.

People ask for a RAMS or a letter and get a real Word document back. Centrus creates the .docx, adds headings, paragraphs, lists and tables, formats runs, finds and replaces text, and can download the file as Word or PDF.

No. OneDrive is the folders. Excel is the workbook. Word is the document inside the file. Connecting Word does not connect Excel, and it does not sync a folder on Train. Use Word when you want the letter written. Use OneDrive when you want the folder kept current.

No. Word stays the document, saved as a normal .docx in the OneDrive folder you already use. Chat can hand back a PDF of it too, and the office opens the file in Word Online or the desktop app, as it always has.

That AI only sees what lives inside Microsoft Word. It does not see your job system, your inbox, your client portals or anything else running the business day to day. Centrus sits across everything you use, so it is not limited by what one vendor decided to build.
