Ask what's overdue. Raise the invoice.

Centrus integrates with Xero for UK field service businesses. Ask the books what is overdue, raise the invoice, and let agents chase and key the rest. Xero stays your books.

start with these

Supplier bills are keyed by hand and overdue invoices wait for someone to chase them.

Ask who owes what and the answer comes from live Xero. Raise and send an invoice from chat, and check an account before the quote goes. Agents chase overdue invoices, key supplier bills from the inbox and match remittances to invoices. Xero stays the books.

setup

Signed in once, by the bookkeeper

An administrator connects the Xero organisation. Everyone else Enables it. The Agent Builder Xero node is a separate sign-in from chat.

01

Connect Xero

Open Integrations and click Connect on the Xero card, sign in with Xero and pick the organisation. Xero sends invoice emails as the person who connects, so the bookkeeper or a director should do it. Others then click Enable.

How to connect

02

Ask, then raise

Start with an invoice you already have, or ask Centrus to raise a draft from a job. Check the account codes the first few times, so the lines match how you already book sales.

03

Automate the repeat

When the same chase or the same supplier bill runs every week, describe it in Agent Builder and drop the Xero node on the canvas. Connect Outlook if the PDF arrives by mail, and Excel if the list goes out as a workbook.

what it covers

The invoice, the bill, and the contact

Chat and Agent Builder share the same Xero tools: list and get, then create or update. Wide lists come back a page at a time. Connecting chat does not connect the Agent Builder node. That is a second sign-in.

questions

Xero questions

People ask the books, or tell Centrus to raise the next invoice. It lists invoices, bills, quotes and purchase orders, creates drafts, emails an authorised invoice, and downloads the PDF. Agents do the same when a supplier PDF lands, or every Monday.

No. Sage Intacct is a different accounts system. Excel is the workbook you send on. Xero is the invoice, the bill and the contact inside the books. Connecting Xero does not connect Sage, and it does not write the spreadsheet. Use Xero when those are already the books.

No. Xero stays the books. An invoice raised from chat is a real Xero invoice, left as a draft for your bookkeeper unless you ask to authorise it. When it is emailed, Xero sends it as the user who connected.

That AI only sees what lives inside Xero. It does not see your job system, your inbox, your documents or anything else running the business day to day. Centrus sits across everything you use, so it is not limited by what one vendor decided to build.

A Standard or Advisor user of that Xero organisation, ideally the bookkeeper or a director. Invoice emails send as that Xero user. Other people Enable the same org afterwards.

No. Each agent signs in to Xero on its own node, through Xero's own sign-in page, and holds one organisation. One sign-in covers every Xero step in that agent, so the Monday chase runs whoever is in the office.

Yes, once the invoice is authorised. The email goes to the contact's primary address, sent by Xero as the user who connected Centrus, so it looks like every other invoice you send. Demo organisations cannot send.

Yes. That is a template. Xero then mints draft invoices on its own schedule. They do not email themselves. An agent can authorise and send each one, or leave them as drafts.

No. Your data is not used to train AI models, and training is switched off on our AI provider account. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is set per person through tags and roles.

Xero comes with every plan, from £299.99 a month. Chat uses message credits and agents use automation credits. Plans run month to month, with no lock-in, and paying annually saves 20%.See full pricing
