bigchange + xero
The invoice is in Xero. Centrus does what comes next.
BigChange already pushes invoices, credit notes and purchase orders to Xero, and keeps customers and payments in step. Centrus works across both systems for the work the sync leaves to people: chasing what is overdue, keying supplier bills from the inbox and matching jobs to payments.

What the BigChange sync does, and what Centrus adds
Keep BigChange's Xero sync. Centrus works across both systems, on the work that still falls to someone in the office.
BigChange's Xero sync
- Invoices, credit notes and purchase orders raised in BigChange are pushed to Xero.
- Customers and suppliers sync in the direction you choose.
- Payments are recorded in one system, BigChange or Xero, and update the other.
- Supplier invoices are entered in Xero, because BigChange works with purchase orders rather than purchase invoices.
What Centrus adds
- Overdue invoices chased every Monday in your tone, skipping anyone already talking to accounts.
- Supplier invoice PDFs from the inbox raised as draft bills in Xero, matched to the PO on the job.
- BigChange jobs matched against Xero payments, with anything unmatched written to a sheet.
- Questions that need both, such as whether a customer is on stop before the quote goes, answered in chat.

how one runs
The Monday chase, from Xero to sent
One agent, described once in Agent Builder, runs it every week. Finance only deals with the replies.
Overdue, from Xero
Every Monday the agent loads invoices 30 to 60 days overdue from Xero, which the BigChange sync keeps current.
The job, from BigChange
Each invoice is matched to its job in BigChange, so the chase names the site and the work that was done.
Replies left alone
Anyone already in an email thread with accounts is skipped, so nobody is chased in the middle of a conversation.
Sent in your tone
The chase is written from your saved templates and sent from Outlook or Gmail, as you. Every run is logged.
setup
Two connections, each made once
Each system connects on its own card in Integrations. Agents keep their own connection, so a scheduled run never depends on one person staying signed in.
Connect BigChange
In Integrations, open BigChange REST and paste three keys from your BigChange account: Customer ID, Client ID and Client secret. Centrus checks them before saving.
Connect Xero
Open Integrations and click Connect on the Xero card, sign in with Xero and pick the organisation. Xero sends invoice emails as the person who connects, so the bookkeeper or a director should do it. Others then click Enable.
