- Organisation detailsThe Organisation tab shows your organisation's name and id, and two switches that apply to everyone. This guide covers those controls, the plan summary on the same page, and where the other Settings guides are.
- Edit users and rolesEdit users is where an admin adds people, and sets admin, Train access, agent access and tags. It is an item in the main menu, not a tab inside Settings.
- TeamsA team is a named group of people who share the same tags, with one or more leaders who can read the group's chats. This guide covers the Teams tab: creating a team, choosing leaders and members, and what those choices change.
- AI ModelThe shared instructions, model, voice and picture settings everyone starts from. Personal choices sit on top of these, and only an admin can change the shared ones.
- BrandingBranding sets the colours, logos and assistant name people see in the app, plus the address they sign in on. This guide covers the Custom Branding add-on, a branded sign-in address, a WhatsApp number for the organisation, and saving a light theme and a dark theme.
- LessonsThe Lessons tab is the list of every fact and rule Centrus has been told to remember. This guide covers the list, the filters, review, personal lessons, and which lessons reach which chats.
- ReportsReports is where an admin sees how people, files and agents are used, and where chats can be exported. This guide covers each report on the tab, how to read it, and how to ask the Centrus team for one that is not listed.
- DashboardThe Dashboard is the home screen for admins, and the first item in the left menu. It shows this month's message credits, storage and seats, then the people on the organisation.
