Only if you allow it. The usual setup rewrites notes that aren't client-facing and holds them for a manager to approve. The engineer's original note stays on the job, so you can always see what was written on site.

Your own standard, described in plain words when you build the agent: the readings a gas job needs, parts used, photos, and notes a client can read. Change the standard in a sentence and the next evening's check uses it.
