No. It proposes who takes each job and waits. Nothing moves until the person asking says so, and BigChange's per-action permissions decide who is allowed to reschedule jobs through Centrus at all.

Each one gets the moved job on WhatsApp: the site, the time and the work. The job itself is updated in BigChange, so it is in their app too, and they can ask Centrus about access or parts in the same thread.
