Missing a client PO? Asked before billing.

When a field service job is completed in BigChange, an agent checks it for the client's PO number. If it's missing, the site contact is emailed for it from Outlook, so the invoice goes out with the PO their accounts team needs to pay it.

how it runs
Built once in Agent Builder, then runs on its own.

how it runs

From one sentence to POs on the job.

Describe the check once in Agent Builder, test it on a real job, then let it read every job as it's completed.

01

Describe it

Say which jobs to check, what's missing and who to ask. Agent Builder plans steps from the BigChange job to an Outlook email.
