paperwork
Before going up on a roof, a field service engineer asks on WhatsApp for the RAMS, the scaffold or MEWP note and the asbestos survey for the address. Centrus sends the current versions from SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive, so working at height starts from the right paperwork.
how it runs
Sam asks from the van at 07:35. This is how Centrus picks the right files, answers his question from the survey and logs what he was sent.
