Ask the issue. Write the job number back.

Centrus integrates with Fixflo for UK field service businesses. Ask what is logged on an issue, write your job number back, and update the managing agent on the portal. Fixflo stays the portal your client runs.

start with these

Housing providers email to ask whether an issue has been picked up.

Ask what is logged on an issue before anyone is booked: the tenant's report, the photos and the access. When an issue is assigned to you, Agent Builder raises the job and writes its number back. Engineers book the visit from WhatsApp, and the comment and the completion go on the issue when the job is done. Fixflo stays the portal the housing provider uses.

  1. 01

Read a Fixflo issue before booking the visit

The right engineer is booked first time, without opening the portal.

  2. 02

Job number written back to the Fixflo issue

When an issue is assigned to you, the job is raised and its number written back to the issue.

  3. 03

The visit booked from the van

An engineer books the visit on WhatsApp. The appointment goes on the issue for the housing provider to see.

  4. 04

Comment when the job is done

When the job is completed, the engineer's comment and the completion go on the Fixflo issue.

setup

Your portal address and one token

An administrator connects once. Everyone else clicks Enable on the same card.

01

Connect Fixflo

Open Integrations and click Connect on the Fixflo card. Paste your Fixflo address, for example acme.fixflo.com or just acme, and the 64-character API token. The email field is not used.

How to connect

02

Ask, then write back

Start with an issue you already know. Ask what is logged, then assign it and write a job number onto it. Check the first few so the reference matches how you name jobs.

03

Automate the awards

When every awarded issue should become a job, describe it in Agent Builder and connect the Fixflo step with the same token. Add BigChange if the job lives there, and Outlook for the desk.

Fixflo in Agent Builder

what it covers

The issue, the property, and the people on it

Chat and Agent Builder share the same 165 Fixflo actions, so anything you can ask or change in chat, an agent can do too. Each one connects separately, with the same token.

New issues, picked up on a schedule

An agent can list awarded, completed or closed issues as often as every 5 minutes and skip any it has already handled, so new work is picked up without anyone refreshing the portal. A BigChange job change can also start a run that updates Fixflo.

questions

Fixflo questions

Your desk asks about a Fixflo issue in plain English and gets the fault, the property and the tenant's notes. From the same chat, Centrus assigns the issue, writes your job number on it, comments, quotes or sets an appointment. Agents do the same on a schedule, so every awarded issue gets picked up.

Fixflo is where the managing agent raises and tracks the repair. Your job system is where you plan and do the work. Centrus reads the issue, raises the job in your system, and writes the job number back to Fixflo, so both sides see the same work without anyone retyping the address.

No. Fixflo stays the portal the managing agent works in. Centrus reads from it and writes into it, so the issue they open is the same issue your desk just updated. Nothing moves out of Fixflo, and nobody on their side changes how they work.

That AI only sees what lives inside Fixflo. It does not see your job system, your inbox, your documents or anything else running the business day to day. Centrus sits across everything you use, so it is not limited by what one vendor decided to build.

Both are client portals that hand you work. Fixflo is where managing agents raise property repairs. Ostara is a client work-order portal. They connect separately, and connecting Fixflo does not connect Ostara or your job system.

An organisation administrator with the 64-character API token from the Fixflo account. The email field on the form is not used. Everyone else in the organisation clicks Enable on the same card afterwards.

No. Connecting Fixflo for chat does not connect Agent Builder. Add the Fixflo step to the agent and connect it there with the same address and token. The token is stored on that agent only.

Yes. That is the external reference, and it has to be unique within your agency in Fixflo. Centrus can assign the issue and set the reference in the same chat, then add a comment for the managing agent.

A schedule, as often as every 5 minutes, that lists awarded, completed or closed issues and skips the ones already handled. A Fixflo issue status change, an email, a chat request or a BigChange job change can start a run too.

No. Your data is not used to train AI models, and training is switched off on our AI provider account. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is set per person through tags and roles.

Fixflo comes with every plan, from £299.99 a month. Chat uses message credits and agents use automation credits. Plans run month to month, with no lock-in, and paying annually saves 20%.See full pricing
