Overview
“My team are more productive. The manual work has been taken off their plate. It is like having another staff member that never forgets anything.”
Barons Group run electrical, construction, and facilities and fire services from Bromley, covering NHS contracts and fire patrol work across London, Essex and Kent. In March 2026 they became the first company to go live with Centrus on Joblogic. The brief was simple: stop the team living inside the job system for answers, and put every job in front of them on the tools they already use.
Ten staff are on Centrus, and each gets four hours a week back, from day one. Across the team, that is 40 hours returned to the business every week.
“It's great. I get so much more done. I manage a lot of contracts, and the manual, repetitive tasks that used to eat up so much of my time are gone. We're growing and busier than ever, and now I've actually got time to work on the business instead of just in it.”
The journey
We connected Centrus directly into Joblogic, OneDrive and Excel, and Barons trained it on more than 100 company documents, so every one of them can be searched instantly.
From chat, the team log jobs, pull quotes, check sites and customers, and raise purchase orders without leaving the conversation. On WhatsApp it works the same way, hands-free, without a call to the office.
Jamie runs his contracts from it. Adam uses it to see how the whole operation stands, as it happens.
What used to be a morning of clicking through Joblogic is now a message. Engineers arrive informed, and office staff are no longer the search engine for the field.
The results
The hours saved go into new projects and improvements, and into more time with clients, so the quality of service stays high.
Jamie is already working with us on a fire safety reporting agent, to take the next block of compliance work off his week. The Joblogic integration is live, and Barons are just getting started.
