Ask what's on the shelf. Build the offer sheet.
Centrus integrates with Cin7 for UK field service businesses. Ask what is on the shelf or what a customer last bought, and get the offer sheet built. Cin7 stays your stock record.
start with these
Every stock question goes to the one person with Cin7 open.
Ask how many pumps are left and where, or what Brookfield FM bought last. Centrus reads live stock by location, products and sales in Cin7, for the office on Teams and engineers on WhatsApp. Name a brand and it builds the offer sheet with live stock on each line, as a PDF and a workbook. Cin7 comes with every plan: an administrator connects it once and everyone else clicks Enable.
01
Stock for a SKU
Ask about a part on Teams. Get what's free in the warehouse and on each van, and what's on order.

Product offer sheet with live stock
Name the brand. The PDF and the workbook are built from today's stock, not last quarter's export.

Van stock, asked from site
An engineer asks from the job. Centrus says which van or the warehouse has the part, and if it's free.

What a trade customer bought last time
Ask what a trade customer bought. Get their orders by product, and the last price they paid.

setup
An Account ID and one key
An administrator connects once. Everyone else Enables it. The Agent Builder Cin7 node keeps its own copy of the key.
Connect Cin7
Open Integrations and click Connect on the Cin7 card. Paste the Account ID and Application Key from Cin7. The key is stored on this connection only. Other people then Enable the same account.
Ask, then build
Start with a SKU you already know, or ask Centrus to build an offer sheet for one brand. Check the first PDF, so pack sizes and stock match how you already send a list.
Automate the repeat
When the same aged-stock report or the same brand sheet runs every week, describe it in Agent Builder and drop the Cin7 node on the canvas. Connect Excel if the file has to land as a workbook.
what it covers
The product, the shelf, and the sale
Chat and Agent Builder share the same Cin7 actions. Long lists come back a page at a time. Connecting chat does not connect the Agent Builder node.

Cin7 does not start the run. Something else does.
There is no Cin7 webhook. An agent starts on a schedule, an email, or someone asking in chat. Cin7 is the catalogue the sheet is built from.

- 02We ask a Cin7 account like yours what is on the shelf, then build an offer sheet for one brand while you watch.
- 03We pick out the admin that should run itself first.
